Mediterranean Style Quinoa


Ingredients

White Quinoa - 1/2 cup dry
Red Quinoa - 1/4 cup dry
Olive Oil - 1/2 tablespoon
Golden Raisin - 3 tablespoons
12 Almonds chopped
Salt to taste
Water - 2.5 cups

Add all the ingredients in a rice cooker and cook. When done, unplug the rice cooker for the Quinoa to sit and absorb flavors.

Enjoy scoops of Quinoa with grilled salmon and a salad or a vegetable curry.
